MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Features & Capabilities
SSD offers annual and multi-year service agreements to formalize maintenance and service plans that enable our customers to mitigate the risk of downtime, quantify budgets, and provide peace of mind. Coordinating necessary OEM support and/or partners, SSD offers a single point of contact and accountability for integrated maintenance service solutions.
Preventive Maintenance:
We’ll work closely with you to set up service plans and maintenance schedules, combining our experience with your inputs/requirements. Schedule coordination, including adherence to site security and access protocols, is managed with site contacts through the SSD NOC.
24/7 Telephone Support:
The SSD NOC is standing by to address questions, coordinate necessary service support, or respond to emergency situations with our SSD technicians, as well as a variety of service and OEM partners we can leverage as required.
On-Site Support:
Based on plan, SSD provides response SLAs for on-site incident and troubleshooting. Highly trained technicians will deploy to site and work with you and your team to resolve any issues.
